We at Suzanne Neville Group Limited ("we", "us", "our") are dedicated to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, share, and secure your information when you visit our website to browse or purchase, shop in-store, or interact with us. We handle your personal data in line with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR), the Data Protection Act 2018, and any other relevant laws.

For completeness we do not transfer your data outside the UK or EU and do not make automated decision making or profiling.
Who We Are
We are registered in the United Kingdom, located at Winterfold House, Barhatch Lane, Cranleigh, Surrey, GU6 7NH. We are responsible as the data controller for your personal information.
In our corporate group we have the following companies – these are all Data Controllers registered with the Information Commissioners’ Office “ICO” with the following registration numbers:

These companies as separate data controllers will process the personal data in accordance with this policy. In order for each company to meet its contractual obligations they share personal data. For example, Usemore Limited makes the gowns but to do this it processes orders received by other companies.

What Data We Collect
Depending on your interactions with us, we may collect:

- Photographs or other images which we may share on our website;
- Contact Data: Billing and shipping address, email, telephone numbers;
- Transaction Data: Details about payments, orders, and purchases;

- Measurements and other details denoting your physical appearance;
- Profile Data: Username, password, purchases, preferences, feedback;

Please note that if you are part of the bridal party we may obtain your personal data from other members of the bridal party. We may also obtain your personal data from any representative, stylist or agent you instruct. In both instances, we are under no obligation to inform you, seek your consent or verify the personal data’s accuracy.
Special Category Data
Please note that your physical measurements and other details denoting your physical appearance and photographic images you share with us whether for publication on our website or otherwise are likely to be special category data.
How We Collect Data
We gather data in several ways:
- directly from you – for example, when you make enquiries or make purchases, request marketing or contact us whether on your personal account or on behalf of others;
- from any representative, stylist or agent you instruct;
- from other members of the bridal party;
- automatically – through cookies and similar technologies as you browse our website.
How We Use Your Data
We use your personal data as permitted by law, including to:
- Process and deliver your orders (whether placed by you or another member of the bridal party), manage payments, and collect money owed to us;
- Manage our relationship with you, including notifying you of any changes to our policies;
- Administer and protect our business and website (troubleshooting, data analysis, testing, system maintenance, etc.);
- Comply with legal and regulatory obligations.
Legal Basis for Processing
Our processing of your data is based on:
- Performance of contract (e.g., fulfilling your order);
- Legal obligation;
- Legitimate interests – for orders made for members of the bridal party who do not contract with us and dealings with any representative, stylist or agent you instruct;
- Consent – (if the personal data is not special category) the display of photographs on our website.
- For the special category data:
- to the extent that measurements and other information are regarded as special category data the wish for the data subject to share this information is the giving of consent by the data subject;
- any photographs or images are voluntarily provided to us and we process on the strict understanding that consent has been given by the data subject. We may post these on our web site.

If a data breach occurs, we will notify you and the relevant authorities if legally required.
On occasion we include links to third parties on this website. Where we provide a link, it does not mean that we endorse or approve that site’s policy towards visitor privacy. You should review their privacy policy before sending them any personal data.
Unfortunately, the sending of information via the internet is not totally secure and on occasion such information can be intercepted. We cannot guarantee the security of data that you choose to send us electronically. Sending such information is entirely at your own risk.
Data Retention
We keep your data only as long as needed for the purposes for which it was collected, including legal, accounting, or reporting requirements. The retention period depends on the amount, type, and sensitivity of your data, and legal requirements.
The use of photographs has no prescribed retention policy. If requested, we will immediately remove and delete the photographs. In the absence of that instruction, we will retain that data for as long as we chose to. The gallery of photographs will be regularly updated. When we update we will remove the existing photographs from the website. We will then delete those photographs and any copies.
Your Rights
Under UK GDPR, you have rights regarding your personal data:

- To correct incorrect or incomplete data
- To request removal of your data ("right to be forgotten")

- inform us of what personal data you require and why (this allows us to more quickly action your request and does not compromise your statutory rights); and

- comply at all if the request is manifestly unfounded or manifestly excessive. Manifestly unfounded includes making the request to further or escalate any dispute you may have with us. The right of access exists to allow you to verify our compliance with GDPR.
You will not have to pay a fee to exercise any of these rights. However, we may charge a reasonable fee if your request is manifestly excessive or you request further copies.
We try to respond to all legitimate requests within one month. If your request is particularly complex or you have made a number of requests, it could take us longer than a month. In such cases, we will notify you and keep you updated.
